We cannot change the billing/subscription date of VPS. Incase if you have made the late payment the billing/subscription date will be remain same. I.e. your VPS expire on 1st of every month but you make the payment on 3rd for the same VPS. In that case the billing/subscription date will remain 1st of every month.
